Products

Fotoimagen prints the photobooks in two different technologies, DIGITAL OFFSET and CHEMICAL DEVELOPMENT.
OFFSET DIGITAL photobooks are called Photo Books and they have the following characteristics:

  • usual opening
  • digital offset printing
  • Flexible sheets (160gr/m2)
  • It is designed by veneer
  • Has lid removal
  • Min: 40 veneers
  • Max: 160 veneers
  • Different size formats

We call the CHEMICAL DEVELOPING photobooks Digital Albums and they have the following characteristics:

  • 180 degree opening
  • photosensitive paper printing
  • Rigid sheets (500gr/m2)
  • It is designed by sheet
  • Does not have lid removal
  • Min: 10 pages
  • Max: 40 pages
  • Different size formats

At Fotoimagen we always seek the best quality, which is why the papers used certify the quality of the final work. As for printing on photographic paper and digital albums, we use professional paper with a semi-matt finish.
In digital offset printing, papers with different weights of 160 and 300 grams respectively are used. The surfaces that we handle vary from the option of gloss and matt.

tips for products

After having uploaded the photographs, select the ones that will have a white border and press the "White margin" button. Always remember to look at the preview that the program shows you to know if what you want to see is correct.

Yes, we have quantity discounts on all photographic sizes. Our quantity scale is instrumented as follows:

  • FROM 11 TO 50 PHOTOS – 10% DISCOUNT
  • MORE THAN 50 PHOTOS – 20 % OFF

Using discount codes is very simple. They are applicable to all categories of Fotoimagen products, except only those items that have a previous discount due to a promotion that the company is carrying out at that time.
The codes are applied once in the cart in the box where it says "PROMOTIONAL CODE", then we click on the "APPLY COUPON" button and if the code is valid the discount will be applied.

Mobile

Because we see differently on cell phones than on monitors and in smaller resolutions, we recommend using a computer to make some products, such as billboards.

Without prejudice to which, due to the ease of using cell phones as one more tool in our day to day, Fotoimagen adapts the vast majority of all its products for comfortable and good use from mobile phones.

At Fotoimagen we take care of all the details of the final product, that is why we have production times for each item you request, we detail these times:

  • Photo Book (Offset) – From 3 to 7 days
  • Digital album (Developed) – 7 days
  • Polaroid – 24 hours
  • Canvas – 2 to 3 days
  • Painting + Photo – 24 hours
  • Gigantographies – 24 hours
  • Photo glued on PVC – From 2 to 3 days
  • Magazines, postcards and calendars – 2 to 3 days

Photobooks that take less production time are called Photo Books EXPRESS. These photobooks are faster than the others in their production because several of their components are easier to bind and with
faster drying processes.

Shipping

En Fotoimagen contamos con envíos los días martes y jueves de cada semana para el interior del país.

Within Montevideo, el horario de reparto es de 14:00 a 18:00 horas todos los días. Recomendamos que indiques una dirección disponible donde sea posible efectuar la entrega y evitar entregas fallidas.

Outside of Montevideo, los pedidos con envío fuera de Montevideo se van a realizar por la compañía DAC.

To choose to have your order shipped, you must request it through the same website.
